Course Description
This course teaches embedded system concepts, tools, and techniques using the AMD Vivado Design Suite and the AMD Vitis Unified IDE. It covers designing, expanding, and modifying embedded systems using Zynq™ SoC, Zynq UltraScale+™ MPSoC, Versal™ adaptive SoC, and the MicroBlaze V™ soft processor. The course also includes adding and simulating AXI-based peripherals using bus functional model (BFM) simulation.
The emphasis of this course is on:
- Designing, expanding, and modifying embedded systems using AMD SoC and processor architectures
- Adding and simulating AXI-based peripherals using BFM simulation
