Course Description
This course provides experience using the Vitis Model Composer tool for model-based designs. It covers creating designs using HDL, HLS, and AI Engine library blocks, implementing DSP functions, utilizing design implementation tools, transforming algorithmic specifications into production-quality IP, creating Versal AI Engine graphs and kernels, connecting AI Engine and non-AI Engine blocks, verifying and debugging AI Engine code, simulating and debugging complex systems, performing hardware validation, and integrating AI Engine designs into the Vitis Unified IDE.
The emphasis of this course is on:
- Creating model-based designs using HDL, HLS, and AI Engine library blocks
- Implementing DSP functions
- Utilizing design implementation tools
- Transforming algorithmic specifications into production-quality IP implementations
- Creating Versal AI Engine graphs and kernels
